We cannot warranty our products in case of misuse, acts of God, or consequential damage. Alteration of product cancels all warranties. If a cable or connector stops working, simply give us a call at 510-324-2299. If our technical support team isn't able to find a solution for you, we'll be happy to exchange the item for a new one.

For other products, including hubs, switchboxes, and tools, are accepted as returns to Cablestop.com for the first thirty days after purchase.
